Industry Leading Benefits for All

Beginning in 2015, Xclusive has expanded our benefits available to both hourly and salaried employees. “As a leader in the hospitality staffing business, it has been a constant focus of ours to expand the benefits available to our employees and make sure that all benefits are available at affordable prices,” said Xclusive President Eloy Yanez.

The new health benefit plans are open to all Xclusive employees and their families. Employees can now enjoy the benefits of pre-tax deductions taken directly from their paychecks with no additional payments or hassle. These benefit plans help pay the cost of prescriptions, doctor’s visits, lab tests, X-Ray and diagnostic testing, and urgent/emergency care. A nurses hotline is also available 24/7 for when scheduling and office visit is impractical.

Additionally, dental, vision, short and long-term disability and life insurance are all available through our new health partner AETNA. “These benefit plans add another layer of value to working with Xclusive Staffing and the costs will be born entirely by the company – not passed onto our clients. In the coming months we will be speaking to additional corporate partners to add even more value to our benefit plans and provide the best benefits in the industry. I look forward to sharing additional information on these plans as it becomes available,” added Mr. Yanez. All employees can sign up for these plans by speaking with representatives fluent in English and Spanish.
