Xclusive Staffing was born out of our experience as “the user” of temporary staffing companies. With many years of hotel experience among us, out executives and managers understand the challenges of working with outside staffing first hand. Based on the past struggles as the user, we collectively created a unique model of providing quality employees centered on the client’s needs.

Xclusive Staffing has been developing partnerships for over 15 years. The company originally began operating out of Westminster, Colorado. Over the past decade, Xclusive Staffing has expanded to 23 regional offices in 11 states largely on our reputation of doing things differently than the “typical staffing company.” As a 100% female owned company, Xclusive Staffing is committed to the highest levels of integrity in its business. We treat our employees with respect and in turn they deliver top-notch customer service.

Our focus on quality, consistency, and reliability has allowed us to build long-term partnerships.
